COVID-19 Visitor Information
Three Rivers Health currently has visitor restrictions and masking policies in place to ensure the safety of our patients, visitors, and staff with rising cases of COVID-19, in Three Rivers and our surrounding areas.
Visitation hours are in accordance with the CDC and Michigan state guidelines.
Visits at Three Rivers Health are daily 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Visitors must be at least 12 years old, and a face covering is required in ALL Three Rivers Health & Clinic locations
No Visitors for patients that are 18-69 years of age.
- Non-COVID patients may have:
- 1 visitor for 70 years and older OR anybody that is altered level of consciousness
- Both parents for those patients 17 years old and under
- Allowances will be made under ER staff’s discretion.
- Extenuating circumstances where more visitors may be permitted is made on a case-by-case basis approved by the ED physician/charge nurse or manager (i.e. end-of-life).
Visitors are not allowed for patients who are COVID positive or those being evaluated for their COVID status.
Acute Care / ICU / Birthing Center / Rehab:
Patients may have two (2) visitors. Visitors should limit the amount of times they come and go throughout the day. The visitors and patient must wear a face covering at all times during the visit.
End of Life (For ALL Departments):
Visitation will be determined on a case-by case basis with attending physician, unit manager, and/or House Supervisor.
One visitor (2 for Peds) allowed to wait in the patient’s room.
Outpatient Services/Clinic locations:
1 visitor per patient (2 for Peds)
Cafeteria: Open for visitors, who are here with a patient, and staff. Limit 4 people per table. Masks can be removed while sitting.
HealthTRAC: Masks upon entering, may be removed by fully vaccinated patrons for exercise, when they arrive at equipment. This applies to the track and aerobics studio, as well. Masks must be replaced when moving around the facility.
