Aerobics Classes

We look forward to seeing you all in July! In the meantime, we will be offering FREE Outdoor Group Fitness Classes starting June 15th!  We will also be offering Outdoor Personal Training sessions starting June 15th! We are beyond excited to get together again! Safety is our top priority, we are all in this together and must all do our part to keep each other safe!

Make sure you read the Outdoor Group Fitness and Personal Training guidelines (posted below) to help do your part!

Important: Please see the Outdoor Group Fitness and Personal Training GUIDELINES attached and below!

  • All participants will be screened prior to attending class (temp check/COVID-19 symptom check)
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before class time so we can get all participants screened before class time, to start and end on time!
  • Bring your own water (and yoga mat if possible) 
  • If you must use the restroom, you will need a mask to enter the building.
  •  Come ready to exercise (and socialize) from afar!
  • As of right now, you do not need to reserve your spot. We will be doing low to no equipment based classes so we do not have a max.
  • Classes are FREE for all members AND non-members! Non-members who have never visited us at HealthTRAC will be required to fill out a waiver!

At HealthTRAC we have a wide range of aerobic classes for you!  Check out any class, all included in your membership! Limited spots available, so be sure to get a CLASS PASS from the front desk before attending the following classes: BodyPump, BodyCombat, Group Cycle and Rip ‘N’ Ride!

Class Levels

Beginner
Perfect for novice exercisers! If you are currently somewhat active in your daily life but do not accumulate 30 minutes or more of physical activity most days of the week, beginner classes are perfect for you!

Moderate
A moderately active person is one who does exercise but currently gets less than the recommended 2 1/2 hours per week or moderate exercise such as walking or riding a bike on a level surface.

Advanced
Perfect for the experienced exerciser who works out vigorously for at least one hour and fifteen minutes each week doing activities such as jogging, high-intensity aerobics and biking hills.

Strength • Moderate–Advanced

Les Mills BodyPump, the original Les Mills barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! It is one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major-muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT

Cardio • Moderate–Advanced

A high-energy, martial-arts-inspired workout. This non-contact workout requires no experience but teaches you moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

Les Mills BODYFLOW

Cardio • Moderate–Advanced

This class features a scientifically-backed combination of simple yoga moves, with some elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Fit for Life

Combination • Beginner–Advanced

Improve muscular strength, range of motion, and activities of daily living using weights, elastic tubing, balls, and more! A chair is used for seated exercises and for extra support while standing. Class can be adapted to all fitness levels and abilities.

Aqua Tabata

Combination • Moderate–Advanced

Take one of the most effective types of interval training into the water! Tabata consists of 20 seconds anaerobic exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight rounds. These four minute simple, yet intense exercise circuits will torch calories and build muscle!

Waterlates

Mind/Body • Beginner–Advanced

Exactly as it sounds-this class is Pilates in water. Unlike regular Pilates there is no mat work involved. While working in chest deep water this workout relies on resistance, buoyancy, and gentle movement of water to increase flexibility, balance, and most importantly strengthening of the core and postural muscles of the back and the stomach.
