“What Can I Eat?” – This is the #1 question asked by people with diabetes, once they are diagnosed. Everybody’s body reacts differently to dieting, but you can follow a few simple guidelines to find out what works for you to help manage your blood sugar.

Three Rivers Health is offering a 4-week program, focused on answering these questions for you, and helping you to keep your goals on track. This program is led by Wendy Gregor, Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator for more than 20 years!
