We offer a Diabetes Self-Management Training Program that includes classes in:
Nutrition
Meal planning
Medication
Starting an exercise program
Stress reduction
Self-monitoring
Long-term complications
If you have recently been diagnosed with diabetes or if you have had diabetes for a long time, you may have unanswered questions. We can help. We bill Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance companies, who may provide payment toward the fees.
Attend our Diabetes Support Group, which meets the first Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
