Free of charge to participants, Three River Health provides frequent tobacco-free classes. Funded in part by the Three Rivers Community Foundation, these classes offer easy-to-follow strategies for attaining and maintaining a tobacco-free life. In these one-hour sessions, you'll discover:

• How you can ease off nicotine by using a simple brand-switching method;
• How the nicotine patch, gum, or spray can greatly improve your chances of success;
• Six habit busters, as well as other effective coping mechanisms.
