| Three Rivers Health Family Care — This expanded office provides primary care to patients of all ages and accepts all insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. This location replaces the Family Care office in the lower level of the Medical Office Building 1 on the Three Rivers Health campus. The site features plenty of space and exam rooms, additional providers, a conference room, and also includes an on-site mental health worker. |

| This building, which also houses a dental clinic for people without insurance, was made possible through the collaboration of Northern Michigan Health Foundation, Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency, Community Mental Health, Three Rivers Community Schools, and the County Board of Commissioners, along with Three Rivers Health.
PAWS — which stands for Prevention and Wellness Services, the unique new program sponsored by Three Rivers Health, developed in collaboration with Three Rivers Community Schools.
Based on a model developed by the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, PAWS makes healthcare and prevention services available during the school day, and expands resources to create health and wellness programs.
This includes treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, referral for additional care as indicated, and health counseling about topics such as obesity, diabetes, and self-esteem issues.
