There is no “quick fix” for becoming more physically fit, losing weight, or managing your health. People have different fitness needs and goals, and a one-size-fits-all approach won’t cut it for most people. The real secret to a good workout program is to keep doing it. Variety will keep you interested and energized. HealthTRAC has a ton of options to keep your exercise routine anything but routine.
The CDC (Centers for Disease Control) recommends a half an hour of exercise every day, but it’s hard to stay committed when you’re bored. Keep your fitness program varied and interesting, so you stay committed. And if you need help deciding which options are best for you, our personal trainers offer top-quality advice. Our trainers are all exercise physiologists with degrees in exercise science and are accredited by the top accrediting associations in the nation. Any one of them can develop a fitness program to fit your needs and personality.
At HealthTRAC, we pride ourselves on providing top-quality exercise facilities and equipment, as well as excellent customer service. Your overall health is our main concern, and that includes a balanced fitness program and proper nutrition. New members are evaluated by one of our exercise physiologists as part of the initiation and members are re-evaluated on a regular basis to update their fitness plans and keep their goals on track.
The single most important factor in physical fitness is that you commit to doing it regularly. No matter how much potential a workout program has, it’s not effective unless you can stick with it for the long haul. Boredom is a sure-fire way to kill your good intentions. Come in to see our 37 pieces of brand new equipment and everything else we have to offer!
