Three Rivers, MI – Three Rivers Health is excited to announce the opening of the Diabetes and Endocrinology Clinic. Dr. C. Virupannavar, Endocrinologist, has joined the Three Rivers Health team to provide consultation care to patients and lead the new clinic program.
Dr. Virupannavar, known as Dr. CV in the Three Rivers and Kalamazoo communities, is not a new face to most local health care providers. Until his recent retirement, Dr. Virupannar practiced in Kalamazoo. He has recently joined the Three River Health team to provide consultation care to lead the new Diabetes and Endocrinology program.
Dr. Virupannavar is board-certified in Diabetes and Endocrinology specialty care, and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and American College of Endocrinology. In addition to his private practice experience, Dr. Virupannavar was also involved in teaching the new generation of physicians both in the Chicago area and in Kalamazoo.
