Fitness Swim — Swimming is a sport that will challenge both lungs and muscles. Come to improve your stroke or fitness level, or you may be training for a special event. Classes vary from one week to the next and offer drill work and swimming routines that work the entire body. Having basic swimming skills is the only prerequisite. |
