Three Rivers Health Family Care Office in Centreville Moves to New Location
The Three Rivers Health Family Care office in Centreville has moved into a new space in the new Community Mental Health building, located at 677 East Main, in Building B. This new space is larger, with five exam rooms and a much larger waiting room. In addition, the registration area is designed for patient confidentiality with an enclosed registration and check-out window.
The providers are very pleased to be able to provide primary care to their patients in this larger, more comfortable setting. Providers located in this office are Linda Evans, Pediatrician; Andrea Carlin, Physician Assistant; and Beth Kelley, Family Nurse Practitioner/Certified Nurse Midwife.
Three Rivers Health also has Family Care offices in White Pigeon and Three Rivers. In the past nine months, each of these offices has transitioned to an electronic medical record system. An electronic medical record enhances patient care in many ways. One of these is easier access to care. Although patients can still choose their primary care provider, with an electronic record it makes it easy for patients to be seen for “sick” visits. The patient’s record can be pulled up in any of the three Family Care offices, and there is no need for calling or faxing information from one practice to the other.
