Flexible Spending Account:
We offer a flexible spending account that allows for payments of medical and/or dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
Group Term Life Insurance:
An amount equal to one times the annual salary is provided at no cost, with the option to purchase additional coverage. Option to purchase spousal life insurance is also available.
Paid Time Off (PTO) Program:
Our PTO program combines vacation, holidays, personal days, and sick days into one program. PTO accrues for each hour worked up to a designated maximum. In addition, we offer an accrual-based Medical Disability Program (MDP) for longer term illnesses or hospitalization.
403(b) Savings Plan:
Our 403(b) savings plan allows for pre-tax contributions for retirement purposes. We also offer an employer match and year-end discretionary contribution.
Employee Continuing Education:
Tuition reimbursement is available for job-related college courses and degree programs. Annual reimbursement maximums do apply. Inquire about additional tuition reimbursement options for RNs pursuing a BSN.
