 | | Caring staff and volunteers assist individuals and families as they walk life's final journey. Our vision includes a community hospice cottage and healing garden, located in the heart of downtown Three Rivers.

Community Education and Wellness
Diabetes education classes at Three Rivers Health serve and educate patients dealing with diabetes, regardless of their ability to pay. Community education classes include such topics as smoking cessation, weight management, parenting skills, and cardiac health. Your contributions to Education and Wellness Programs will benefit our community members for generations to come.
