Hope Bailey, RN, MSN, who has worked at Three Rivers Health since the early 1990s, has been promoted to chief clinical officer.
Under the direction of the CEO, Bailey will initiate organizational mechanisms and systems that ensure the provision of safe and effective patient care, as well as assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, standards, and programs consistent with the mission and goals of Three Rivers Health. Combined with her other responsibilities, she will play an active role in strategic-planning activities, and support prudent management of financial, human, material, and informational resources.
“With 16 years of care delivery and management experience, Hope is both an integral and a dedicated member of our team,” said Bill Russell, CEO, Three Rivers Health. “We are pleased she’s remaining part of the Three Rivers Health family, and look forward to benefiting from her expertise and continued leadership.”
Bailey began working at Three Rivers Health in 1994 as a registered nurse in the emergency department. Most recently, she served as interim chief nursing officer (CNO). “I have been blessed with moving across the entire spectrum of nursing throughout this institution,” she said. “I was born and raised right here in Three Rivers, and have been afforded the opportunity to keep giving back to the community that has given so much to me. Through it all, I have been supported by my colleagues and staff without reservation. Today, I see Three Rivers Health continuing to move forward.”
Bailey received an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nursing from Glen Oaks Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Michigan University, and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Bethel College of Mishawaka. She is a member of the Michigan Organization of Nurse Executives, Michigan Nurses Association, and Michigan Hospital Association.
For 90 years and counting, Three Rivers Health has offered patients technology-driven care, including a wide array of inpatient, rehabilitation, outpatient, wellness, home care and hospice, and specialty clinic services.
