Full-time and part-time positions. Second shift weekdays, 4 hours--first shift (Saturday and Sunday) every other weekend. Responsibilities include utilization management, discharge planning, providing care management program in Emergency Department, physician/education liaison, and MDS and RUGS monitoring and documentation.
